Suffragette Costume Walking Tour from Saltaire to Shipley Glen, incl. Shipley Glen Tramway

A person dressed as a suffragette walks along a tree-lined path, speaking through a blue megaphone while carrying papers. They wear a white blouse, dark skirt, blue hat, and a purple, white, and green “Votes for Women” sash. A group of spectators sit and stand along the side of the path, watching and smiling, with some taking photos on their phones. The outdoor scene is surrounded by greenery and has the atmosphere of a historical reenactment or community heritage event.

Join Bingley Suffragette Nell Kenney who will guide you from Saltaire to Shipley Glen up to the site of the Monster Suffragette Rally. INcludes a ride on the magical Shipley Glen Tramway up the glen, hear about the sacrifices and bravery of the suffragettes, ending with a morale boosting song on the glen!
