Parsonage visitors are invited to join us for a guided, moorland walk upon nearby Penistone Hill. We’ll discover the landscape that inspired the Brontes and explore some remnants of its industrial past.

The walk is available every day of the Festival 13-19 July 2026, 2.00-3.30pm.  available to Bronte Parsonage visitors.

The walk is quite short, but includes some hills and rough ground underfoot, so sturdy footwear is essential. Free to Museum visitors
